Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of International Leased Circuit (ILC) services, ensuring timely implementation and excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will coordinate provisioning, manage incidents, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This position is crucial for achieving operational service levels and team objectives within a leading communications technology group.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end provisioning, testing, and activation of ILC services
- Manage work orders for service changes and cessations, ensuring process compliance
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively address implementation risks
- Manage service delivery issues and fallouts with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners
- Generate operational reports and support team KPIs
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in telecommunications service delivery or project coordination
- Experience with International Leased Circuits (ILC) or enterprise telecom services
- Knowledge of telecommunications network architecture and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
