Based in the Philippines, this position entails overseeing the execution of essential business and technology initiatives to ensure commitments are fulfilled. The role holder will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding team activities, tracking service standards, and partnering across departments to solve operational challenges. Additionally, you will coordinate key project milestones, manage resource distribution, and maintain strong alignment across all engaged parties.

- Act as a subject matter expert guiding internal team performance and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional groups to drive key strategic decisions and deliver issue resolutions
- Foster transparent communication channels among team members and relevant stakeholders
- Assist in structuring and rolling out project roadmaps, timelines, and resource assignments
- Cultivate an inclusive, forward-thinking environment focused on continuous operational enhancement
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in project management office mobilization and execution
- Demonstrated background working with recognized project delivery methodologies and tools
- Competence in reviewing operational metrics and executing necessary remedial actions
- Proven track record of guiding diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Robust capabilities in mitigating risks and tackling complex technical issues
- Strong organizational aptitude with the capacity to prioritize competing initiatives
