Based in Malaysia, this role drives the clinical and commercial success of ultrasound solutions across target healthcare markets. You will deliver expert product demonstrations, lead training initiatives, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital reference accounts. Additionally, you will coordinate product lifecycle strategies, run promotional events, and provide technical guidance to empower sales teams and medical practitioners.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pre-sales and post-sales assistance, including hands-on product demonstrations and clinical user training.
- Formulate product marketing strategies, oversee lifecycle planning, and supervise promotional events and academic workshops.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical specialists, and hospital reference institutions.
- Deliver specialized training programs for internal personnel, external distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Analyze market developments, competitor trends, and clinical user needs to direct business growth initiatives.
- Oversee demo equipment scheduling and resource management for the clinical applications team.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sonography or a closely related medical discipline.
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience within the ultrasound sector.
- Demonstrated background in clinical applications, healthcare product marketing, or KOL management.
- Proven experience conducting clinical training or sonography education in hospital settings.
- Prior experience working with multinational medical equipment manufacturers is preferred.
- Full fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
