Based in Vietnam, this role involves acting as a specialist in business risk and control for Wholesale Banking. The manager will provide crucial advisory support on regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management to business units. This position is key to ensuring adherence to banking regulations, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening the first line of defense against financial risks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on banking regulations and ensure business unit compliance.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team on regulatory matters and policy adherence.
- Review and advise on investment products, foreign exchange, and lending limits.
- Facilitate sales assurance programs and act as a regulatory consultant for sales.
- Identify improvements and enhance internal controls to strengthen risk defense.
- Address AML/CFT/Sanction issues and participate in related projects.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in business, audit, or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution.
- Experience in corporate or wholesale banking environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's banking regulatory landscape.
- Exposure to the full customer lifecycle in Wholesale Banking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
