Based in Singapore, this role provides comprehensive commercial and financial oversight for the organization's regional AI infrastructure division. You will work alongside operational and product leaders to guide capital investment decisions, financial planning, and business growth. The position entails building valuation models, running forecasts, and upholding rigorous corporate governance for emerging regional cloud solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Produce recurring financial performance reports and analyze core drivers including margins, costs, and cash flow
- Direct the annual budget cycle, rolling forecasts, and sensitivity analyses across the AI portfolio
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess commercial proposals, contract terms, and pricing plans
- Build comprehensive financial models to review project returns, NPV, IRR, and capital allocation
- Track post-investment outcomes and evaluate ongoing performance against baseline business targets
- Maintain strict compliance with corporate financial policies, controls, and governance frameworks
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or related corporate finance roles
- Demonstrated background in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Working familiarity with SAP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid analytical mindset with proven capabilities in commercial decision support
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities
