- Serve as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders, aligning project portfolios with strategic business objectives.
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex, cross-functional payment programs.
- Develop investment and business cases in partnership with technology teams.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for projects and programs.
- Champion delivery excellence and optimize investment efficiency.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation and digital enablement.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
- Over 18 years of banking experience, with extensive expertise in wholesale/commercial and cross-border payments.
- Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle and technology development models.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving sustainable change and a strong grasp of future payment trends.
