Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading technical delivery for UOB's Innovation Hub 2, a Centre of Excellence supporting the Group. The manager will oversee the planning and execution of technical and functional deliverables, ensuring projects meet requirements within budget and schedule. This position requires strong collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and ensure successful implementation of large-scale applications.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan technical and functional deliverables within budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with application teams to manage technical and functional dependencies.
- Monitor and manage technical delivery risks and issues.
- Provide status updates to project and program managers.
- Partner with analysts and SMEs to finalize requirements.
- Coordinate technical implementation activities and ensure smooth production cutover.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 10 years in developing global/regional IT capabilities.
- More than 3 years of leadership experience in IT delivery.
- Experience communicating with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications.
- Proven track record in actual systems development work (8+ years).
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
