Based in Singapore, this role handles first-line assessments across key Fit and Proper due diligence workflows within the organization. You will conduct objective evaluations of annual declarations, background screening results, and ongoing representative monitoring matters. Working closely with internal teams, you will track compliance requirements and prepare operational reporting data.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute independent reviews of annual declarations, ongoing screening outcomes, and representative submissions
- Develop evidence-based proposals for enhanced monitoring measures and track progress until closure
- Administer relevant disciplinary sanctions in accordance with internal governance policies
- Ensure all case assessments and due diligence reviews meet agreed service turnaround times
- Maintain detailed registers, audit trails, and documentation to uphold audit readiness
- Provide operational metrics, ageing updates, and reporting summaries for senior management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in business, finance, risk management, compliance, or a related discipline
- Two to three years of experience in compliance, operations, governance, or due diligence within financial services
- Strong analytical capacity with keen attention to identifying inconsistent information
- Familiarity with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and workflow management systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Sound time management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively
