หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery following established production procedures
- Maintain plant equipment regularly to ensure optimum performance
- Inspect finished items to maintain strict quality and consistency standards
- Enforce safety regulations to uphold an accident-free work environment
- Participate in line team meetings and operational improvement projects
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, automation, or related STEM fields
- Final-year students or recent graduates available for full-time employment
- Willingness to take on rotating shift work
- Quick learner with strong accountability and work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Vietnamese citizenship required
