Based in Singapore, Singtel is seeking an experienced Senior AI Platform Architect to lead the technical design and evolution of core enterprise AI platform capabilities. You will define domain architecture, establish technical standards, and develop scalable features like model gateways, agent operations, and observability frameworks. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional architecture and engineering teams to evaluate emerging artificial intelligence technologies and deliver secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, technical design, and roadmap for enterprise AI platform domains.
- Design reusable platform components including model gateways, evaluation tools, and agent operations frameworks.
- Conduct proof-of-concept projects and pilot evaluations to validate scalability and enterprise readiness.
- Establish architectural patterns, governance rules, and implementation standards for machine learning and AI services.
- Present architecture proposals to review boards and collaborate with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity units.
- Guide platform engineering and operations teams to guarantee operational excellence, security, and reliability.
