Based in Singapore, this role involves ensuring that AI systems are designed and deployed ethically, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational values. The specialist will establish processes and tools to embed fairness, transparency, and accountability into AI solutions, actively mitigating risks like bias. This position also requires engaging with stakeholders, providing guidance on ethical AI adoption, and championing advanced AI solutions across the business.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal AI standards and guidelines
- Advise project teams on risk mitigation and 'AI by Design' principles
- Liaise with business and risk management on AI matters
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and internal policies
- Conduct risk assessments for AI models and applications
- Build a community of practice for Responsible AI and provide training
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 10-15 years in AI/ML, product ownership, or risk/governance with AI exposure
- Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, LLMs, Generative AI, and model risk
- 5+ years of experience with model validation methodologies
- Working knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks and ethics principles
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or Law
