Based in Singapore, this role is focused on managing credit exposure, optimizing debt recovery, and ensuring robust receivables governance. The appointee will oversee end-to-end accounts receivable workflows, evaluate customer financial risk, and lead month-end closing activities. Additionally, the role involves guiding a collaborative team, driving digital transformation, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance cash flow performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute credit policies, collections plans, and accounts receivable governance.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and approve credit terms and mitigation safeguards.
- Direct accounts receivable functions, including journal entries, payment applications, and month-end reconciliations.
- Manage debt collection, negotiate complex payment disputes, and monitor doubtful debt provisions.
- Produce AR analytics, cash collection dashboards, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Guide and coach team members while spearheading process automation and audit compliance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant background in finance, credit management, or accounts receivable.
- Sound expertise in financial accounting standards, internal controls, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience preparing aging reports, bad debt reserves, and cash flow projections.
- Proficiency in ERP tools such as SAP and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
