Based in Singapore, this internship offers an opportunity to support Singtel's talent acquisition strategy and enhance the candidate experience. The role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes and strengthen the talent pipeline. You will contribute to employer branding efforts and ensure a positive journey for all candidates.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Source candidates using various platforms and channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment events
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system records
- Assist with system enhancement initiatives and documentation
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Prepare data for recruitment reports and dashboards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Keen interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, and talent management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
