Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role within Group Technology leads the first line of defence for cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance across the bank. The Executive Director will drive adherence to regional regulatory frameworks, oversee enterprise data protection initiatives, and spearhead organizational security awareness programs. The role also delivers comprehensive risk metrics and posture reporting to senior management and board-level risk committees.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Ensure institutional alignment with relevant legislation and guidelines, including the Cybersecurity Act and MAS regulations.
- Formulate and update bank-wide information security standards, control frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the comprehensive data loss prevention architecture, control implementation, and incident investigations.
- Drive advanced data analytics and machine learning initiatives to identify suspicious behaviors and customer data misuse.
- Design and execute security awareness programs, phishing simulations, and specialized training across business units.
- Develop executive security metrics, dashboards, and reporting for internal risk committees and external regulatory audits.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive leadership track record in information security governance, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth expertise in financial sector cybersecurity regulations, including MAS notices, Cyber Trust Mark, and ISO 27001.
- Demonstrated experience directing enterprise data protection operations and data loss prevention technologies.
- Familiarity with leveraging security analytics and behavioral monitoring to protect sensitive corporate assets.
- Proven capacity to design and lead widespread organizational cybersecurity culture and awareness initiatives.
- Superior executive presence with the ability to engage senior leadership, internal auditors, and regulatory bodies.
