Based in Singapore, this role drives the design, development, and maintenance of advanced analytics and machine learning models for Group Retail financial crime compliance. The position collaborates with business analysts and engineering teams to address compliance risks and uphold strong model governance. The appointed specialist will also spearhead high-priority projects and transform complex predictive outputs into actionable strategic insights.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Maintain, retrain, and recalibrate existing compliance and risk analytical models to prevent drift
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning models on structured and unstructured datasets
- Partner with business stakeholders to define analytics pipelines and document model narratives
- Drive high-priority analytics initiatives to address emerging regulatory updates and risk gaps
- Contribute to model governance by conducting testing, bias evaluations, and ethical assessments
- Stay current with modern data science practices and recommend relevant industry technologies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Six to eight years in technology with two to four years in data science and advanced modeling
- Demonstrated ability managing complex, large-scale data analytics initiatives
- Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or SAS along with popular machine learning libraries
- Familiarity with financial crime risk, anti-money laundering (AML), or compliance domains
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
