Based in Vietnam, this role oversees line technology, manufacturing processes, and equipment calibration to maintain peak production performance. The candidate will champion integrated lean manufacturing practices, lead preventive maintenance initiatives, and eliminate operational losses. In addition, this position focuses on coaching technicians and driving continuous improvement to achieve plant safety, quality, and cost benchmarks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Maintain technology standards, equipment settings, and process stability across production lines
- Implement Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) and TPM pillars to eliminate operational losses
- Develop and oversee planned maintenance routines while managing maintenance and repair budgets
- Perform root cause analysis and breakdown management to minimize manufacturing downtime
- Train and upskill shift technicians to enable autonomous maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Coordinate with reliability teams to localize spare parts sourcing and lead change management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or Food Technology
- Background in process engineering, operational excellence, or manufacturing continuous improvement
- Strong working knowledge of root cause problem-solving and breakdown management techniques
- Familiarity with TPM methodologies including Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance
- Proficient English communication skills for collaborating with global and regional teams
- Proven track record of coaching technical operators and using PDCA tools to drive results
