Based in Malaysia, this internship offers an opportunity to support customer campaign and repurchase initiatives. The role involves assisting with campaign inquiries, reward appeals, and user acceptance testing for system enhancements. You will also contribute to drafting communications, fulfilling campaign rewards, and supporting reporting and administrative tasks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle campaign inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Investigate reward appeals and prepare supporting documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing for campaign initiatives
- Assist in creating and reviewing campaign communication materials
- Help with campaign fulfillment, including communications and reward crediting
- Support campaign reporting, monitoring, and administrative duties
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Possess good written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking
- Collaborative team player with a positive outlook
- Adaptable and agile in a dynamic work environment
