หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute market strategies for Singapore and Malaysia, balancing growth and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations with airline partners to maximize Agoda's competitiveness.
- Act as the expert on Singapore and Malaysia aviation and online travel, sharing insights internally.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with suppliers to enhance distribution and revenue.
- Ensure partners' day-to-day needs are met by collaborating with internal teams.
- Utilize data and insights to drive decision-making and identify new opportunities.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in the Flights, OTA, or airline industry.
- Strong background in commercial negotiations, distribution, and market strategy.
- Proven track record of achieving growth through partnerships and strategy execution.
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing short-term results with long-term market building.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities and comfort in fast-paced environments.
