Based in Malaysia at UOB Innovation Hub 2, this role sits within the Retail Investment Operations Centre. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day transaction processing for various banking instruments while ensuring tasks strictly adhere to service level standards. The position also requires conducting daily reconciliations, addressing operational inquiries promptly, and assisting with ad-hoc departmental assignments.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute data entry and transaction processing for deposits and payment instruments
- Ensure all operational requests are fulfilled accurately within required service standards
- Perform day-end reconciliation checks to ensure complete and correct records
- Comply with standard operating procedures, relevant regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Manage queries within expected timeframes and conduct necessary issue resolution
- Support general administrative duties and special team projects assigned by leadership
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study
- Background in fixed deposits, remittances, or structured investment products is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fast and accurate data entry capabilities
- Disciplined work ethic with ability to perform well under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized approach with an eagerness to learn
