Based in Singapore, this role focuses on accelerating digital transformation across distribution channels through modern technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will translate complex operational needs into valuable digital products, leading initiatives from ideation and user experience design to testing and deployment. In addition, this position collaborates cross-functionally with technical and business teams to enhance platform performance and drive user adoption.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of digital distribution and AI-powered capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and analytics to elevate distributor workflows.
- Translate business priorities into user journeys, detailed use cases, and feature backlogs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and business analysts to prioritize deliverables.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing, quality verification, and defect resolution.
- Oversee platform adoption, change management, and ongoing operational maintenance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Five to eight years of experience managing digital platforms or transformation projects in financial services.
- Strong background delivering solutions within Agile or Scrum frameworks in complex corporate environments.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design, user research, and customer experience principles.
- Understanding of AI and Generative AI implementation cycles, governance, and ethical safeguards.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with clear verbal and written English communication.
- Experience utilizing collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
