Based in Vietnam, this role involves building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines to support financial crime model development and deployment. The manager will ensure data quality, facilitate model implementation, and enhance data-related processes. This position also includes conducting independent validation of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) models and reporting findings to senior management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines for optimal data extraction and transformation.
- Ensure data quality and implement processes for monitoring and optimization.
- Support the development and deployment of AFC models by providing data insights and creating deployment pipelines.
- Identify and implement enhancements for internal data processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct independent validation of AFC/AML models and document findings.
- Prepare and present reports on model performance to various teams and senior management.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
- 5-7 years of experience in technology or data analytics, with 2-3 years in advanced analytical models in banking.
- Comfortable with structured and unstructured data and distributed databases.
- Basic understanding of banking, risk management, and regulatory standards for AML/AFC.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex results to diverse audiences.
- Experience with root cause analysis for data-related issues and process improvement.
