Based in Singapore, this role acts as a Product Owner supporting the roadmap and implementation of digital insurance services. You will partner with agile technical squads and cross-functional business stakeholders to oversee end-to-end feature delivery. Key duties include managing project milestones, defining user journeys, and coordinating with external insurance partners. This position provides an opportunity to drive financial and lifestyle solutions within a major telecommunications group.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery schedules, milestones, and cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Collect business and platform specifications from internal business owners and insurance partners
- Prioritize development backlogs and tasks with the dedicated Agile squad
- Oversee customer purchase journeys and service provisioning through launch
- Identify operational risks, mitigate potential roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed
- Formulate product operational guidelines and support operational handover post-testing
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least three years of professional project management experience
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technical systems integration projects
- Working familiarity with mobile payment architectures and open-loop processing
- Excellent leadership, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
