Based in Singapore, this role sits within the Group Alternative Investments team to oversee due diligence and performance monitoring for non-public investment strategies. The successful candidate will evaluate opportunities across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The position also contributes to enhancing governance frameworks and streamlining operational efficiency across the private markets platform.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Evaluate private market investment opportunities covering private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure
- Review transaction documentation, due diligence materials, and related reports to gauge investment merits and key risks
- Liaise with external fund managers, advisors, and internal teams during the evaluation and due diligence stages
- Prepare investment memos, recommendations, and documentation for internal review and governance committees
- Conduct ongoing portfolio monitoring, performance reviews, and tracking of critical updates across private assets
- Help improve investment due diligence frameworks, internal databases, and operational reporting workflows
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in private markets, alternative investments, or due diligence
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Solid comprehension of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or real estate assets
- Familiarity with tax, legal, operational, and investment due diligence workflows
- Strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and ability to assess multi-stream information
- Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and communication capabilities
