หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation for UOB payment platforms under a major transformation program
- Oversee and guide Technical Leads and senior IT professionals
- Provide thought leadership and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
- Drive digital business and technology change through organizational and process improvements
- Develop team capabilities, equipping them with necessary skills and tools
- Manage internal and external resources, including vendors, with an empowering approach
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 15 years of technical and delivery experience, preferably in banking or transaction banking
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to transform traditional development teams into high-performing squads
- Experience managing teams of over 100 developers
- Deep experience in technical execution, planning, and mentoring developers and architects
- Proficiency in leading new initiatives from inception to production and providing operational support
