Based in Malaysia, this role supports capital management activities within Singtel's Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee work-in-progress balances, ensure adherence to fixed asset control guidelines, and handle capitalization reporting. Additionally, the position involves participating in month-end closings and contributing to ongoing finance transformation projects including ERP enhancements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review work-in-progress balances, analyze ageing trends, and execute timely capitalization of assets
- Partner with project stakeholders to confirm asset status and verify required project documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to fixed asset control frameworks and internal capital guidelines
- Perform month-end closing tasks including balance reconciliations and capex management reporting
- Maintain detailed audit trails, standard operating procedures, and risk control matrices
- Assist in ERP initiatives like SAP S/4HANA through user acceptance testing and process design
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Around 3 to 5 years of financial accounting or relevant industry background
- Sound understanding of core accounting principles and statutory reporting requirements
- Strong analytical capability to review financial data and provide actionable commentary
- Familiarity with major ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA
- Professional accreditation such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is an advantage
