Based in Singapore, this role involves leading UX design efforts for UOB INFINITY, a digital banking platform serving businesses across Asia. The manager will translate user needs into design solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure high-quality UX delivery. This position requires mentoring designers and maintaining consistency with the bank's design system to enhance channel usage and customer engagement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Identify user experience requirements and define user goals for products.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineers on product decisions.
- Manage design resources, prioritizing and delivering design work effectively.
- Review and guide design outputs like wireframes and prototypes.
- Create wireframes, application screens, and interactive Figma prototypes.
- Mentor and support a team of UX designers.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of UX experience with digital products.
- Demonstrated UX/UI work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with JIRA.
- Experience working with and scaling design systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
