- Educate customers on digital and self-service banking solutions
- Provide professional and personalized assistance for customer inquiries
- Engage customers to understand financial needs and recommend solutions
- Support customer acquisition and onboarding processes
- Assist with daily branch operations and administrative tasks
- Identify, escalate, and manage operational and compliance risks
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide advisory solutions for banking products
