Based in the Philippines, this role oversees the operational deliverables and strategic direction of the Record to Report team. The Senior Manager serves as the primary subject matter authority for escalations, troubleshooting, and finance-related transformation initiatives. Key duties include managing periodic financial reporting, coordinating audit activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure stringent process controls and data privacy compliance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead overall team deliverables and operational execution for the Record to Report function
- Serve as the lead expert resolving complex system errors, operational escalations, and process issues
- Drive finance-related process improvements and implement major change initiatives using project management standards
- Provide regular and accurate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across cross-functional departments to build, maintain, and audit robust process documentations
- Act as the primary focal point for all financial audits and enforce corporate data privacy regulations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 12 years of relevant work experience in Record to Report operations
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience
- Valid work authorization to live and work in the Philippines
- Availability to work full-time on a night shift schedule at the designated office location
