The position focuses on driving modernization, digitization, and cost transformation through operational improvements. This experienced professional will manage complex projects, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead complex process reengineering projects across banking functions
- Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks for continuous improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with business leaders
- Drive initiatives to simplify, digitize, and automate processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of process improvement projects with clear ROI
- Mentor and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Significant expertise and leadership in operational improvement initiatives
- Ability to actively deliver and execute change across people, processes, and change
- Comfortable driving meaningful transformation at all levels
- Experience facilitating process discovery and root cause analysis sessions
- Capable of reviewing and designing target processes compliant with regulations
- Strategic advisor on operational strategy and efficiency initiatives
