Based in Singapore, this role involves delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations focused on Performance Management and Succession Planning. The consultant will assess client business needs, recommend optimized workflows, and configure functional modules accordingly. Additionally, you will guide stakeholders through workshops, oversee testing and deployment, and facilitate post-go-live application support.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Succession Planning modules.
- Evaluate client business processes to translate requirements into technical configurations.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle encompassing design, blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to align system setups with organizational HR practices.
- Diagnose and resolve functional issues during post-implementation and support phases.
- Produce project documentation and conduct comprehensive training sessions for users.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable field of study.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP implementation or application support experience.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Succession Planning.
- Proven track record completing at least three full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct client workshops and guide technical and functional teammates.
- Solid grasp of process harmonization concepts and excellent communication skills.
