Based in Vietnam, this role acts as a primary strategic human resources business partner supporting vital corporate functions including Finance, Marketing, Legal, CGA, and R&D. The appointed leader will collaborate with key stakeholders to align workforce strategies, champion culture initiatives, and drive organizational capability. Additionally, the role oversees company-wide culture and engagement frameworks while advising leadership on succession planning and team effectiveness.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate functional heads to formulate and execute people strategies and workforce plans.
- Oversee organization design, change initiatives, and organizational capability building across multiple departments.
- Facilitate regular talent reviews, career development programs, and robust succession pipelines.
- Steer company-wide culture, engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion agendas, and recognition rituals.
- Advise and coach people managers on performance calibration, employee relations, and talent retention.
- Collaborate with Finance to optimize headcount planning, personnel budgeting, and labor cost efficiency.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 to 5 years as an HRBP for corporate functions.
- Prior background in a multinational FMCG enterprise is strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven track record in steering culture transformation and cross-functional HR initiatives.
- Professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
