Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading a team of subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery and high team performance. The manager will oversee resource planning, provide technical guidance, and support team members' professional growth. This position focuses on achieving business requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and successful deployment of systems in a production environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage a team of subject matter experts for project delivery
- Ensure team effectiveness, efficiency, and high performance
- Develop and manage resource plans to achieve business results
- Provide technical guidance and career development opportunities
- Ensure business requirements are met and user agreement on guidelines
- Lead UAT and ORT planning and execution
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 7-8 years experience in the life insurance industry with operational knowledge
- Experience in comparative analysis and managing business analysts
- Proven track record in dynamic project teams and meeting expectations
- Ability to interpret customer needs and identify solutions independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
