Based in Singapore, this role drives property technology innovation and strategic partnerships for Singtel Group Property. The Associate Director will lead the development of technology-enabled solutions and commercial models, focusing on enhancing workplace and tenant experiences while improving asset performance. This involves managing opportunities from discovery to operationalization and scaling successful solutions across Singtel's property portfolio, leveraging properties as real-world platforms for co-creation and validation.

- Lead technology innovation for the Workplace28 program and new Comcentre HQ.
- Translate user experience goals into prioritized use cases and solutions.
- Utilize Singtel sites as innovation platforms to validate solutions for customers.
- Shape and manage Group Property's innovation strategy and portfolio.
- Establish a structured approach for opportunity discovery, validation, and scaling.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into high-value use cases and solutions.
