- Resolve production issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Manage vendor contracts and follow up on service issues
- Communicate clearly with vendors, users, and stakeholders
- Lead project tasks and coordinate deliverables
- Provide technical support, including OS command line and file/server management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency in managing production issues and vendor contracts
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with OS basics (command line, file/server management)
