Based in Singapore, this role involves performing fiber testing and rectification for customers, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety guidelines. The position requires occasional work outside of standard office hours and being on standby for urgent issues. You will also be responsible for updating supervisors and maintaining documentation.

- Perform fiber testing and rectification for customers
- Oversee contractors during maintenance work
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and engineering guidelines
- Verify contractor compliance with safety procedures and equipment use
- Respond to escalations and fiber outages outside of office hours
- Update supervisors and maintain relevant documentation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work non-office hours and be on 24/7 standby for faults
- Proficiency with PC applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
