Based in Singapore, this role leads the operational excellence and governance for agentic applications within a leading bank. The position involves defining roadmaps, managing evaluation processes, and embedding responsible AI practices to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of agent-based solutions. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and compliant agentic operations across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Improve agent performance and capabilities, rolling out solutions to more users.
- Manage the lifecycle of agents, including onboarding, configuration, and retirement.
- Monitor agent performance, uptime, and compliance with service level agreements.
- Integrate agent workflows into incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ensure robust logging, audit trails, and reporting for transparency and compliance.
- Optimize prompts, system messages, and examples for model relevance and cost efficiency.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience designing, building, and operationalizing AI/ML systems.
- 1-2 years dedicated experience with generative AI and large language models.
- Hands-on experience designing prompts and integrating LLMs into applications.
- Familiarity with AI Agent model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
