Based in the Philippines, this role focuses on creating and optimizing tailored software solutions to enhance multi-system applications. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and release robust enterprise systems utilizing agile processes. In this position, you will resolve technical issues, implement Workday modules, and support knowledge sharing across development initiatives.

- Work independently as a subject matter expert across software development initiatives
- Actively participate in team discussions and solve complex technical challenges
- Partner with cross-functional units to gather and assess system requirements
- Maintain, optimize, and support existing software components to ensure reliability
- Document technical processes and architecture specifications for knowledge sharing
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Workday Global Absence
- Strong working knowledge of Workday modules and broader enterprise integrations
- Proven background designing and delivering custom solutions with Workday tools
- Familiarity with iterative agile frameworks and continuous delivery pipelines
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to quality assurance
