Based in Singapore, this senior specialist role leads independent, risk-focused assurance covering technology, digital platforms, and cybersecurity environments across the Singtel Group. The position involves driving end-to-end audits, assessing IT governance and cloud security controls, and presenting actionable insights to key corporate committees. The successful hire will also guide junior audit team members and advise senior executives on strengthening tech risk management.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end technical and cybersecurity audit engagements across the group.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT general controls, application security, and governance frameworks.
- Review emerging tech initiatives and cloud infrastructures to ensure security-by-design.
- Produce detailed audit reports and present risk findings to executive management and committees.
- Monitor remediation progress and validate management action plans.
- Mentor less experienced auditors and refine technology audit methodologies.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional credentials such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CIA.
- Substantial track record in technology auditing, IT risk, or cybersecurity within large enterprises.
- In-depth familiarity with telecom operations, digital platforms, and enterprise scale systems.
- Practical experience assessing major cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and executive stakeholder communication capabilities.
