This position requires meeting sales targets while adhering to all banking policies and regulatory requirements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products
- Provide personalized financial advice to help customers achieve goals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, following bank policies
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent service
- Achieve and surpass sales targets for various banking products
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- Proven sales or customer service experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated sales ability and a results-driven approach
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
