Based in Singapore, this role involves managing regulatory submissions and public disclosures related to the bank's capital positions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The position requires developing dashboards to monitor capital consumption and providing strategic insights on capital implications for business growth. You will also support engagements with regulators and identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Manage regulatory submissions and public disclosures for capital positions
- Develop management dashboards to track capital consumption across segments and countries
- Provide analytics and insights on capital and RWA implications for business strategies
- Support engagements and submissions with regulatory bodies like MAS/BCBS
- Identify and implement process improvements and automations for workflow and risk management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional certification
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
- Strong knowledge of MAS Notice 637 or Basel capital rules
- Experience in capital reporting, management, or planning activities
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of independent and team work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
