Based in the Philippines, this role leads the Home Care portfolio with key retail partners to accelerate profitable category expansion and commercial excellence. You will spearhead customer business planning, align promotional and pricing strategies, and ensure top-tier in-store and omnichannel execution. The position also partners with cross-functional teams to cultivate long-term stakeholder relationships and achieve commercial milestones.

- Formulate and execute joint customer business strategies to deliver turnover, profitability, and market share goals
- Drive commercial activations including new product rollouts, strategic pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Oversee in-store and omnichannel retail execution focusing on assortment, product availability, and visibility standards
- Nurture strategic customer relationships and lead negotiations across key commercial agreements
- Coordinate with marketing, customer operations, and planning teams to align priorities and share shopper insights
- Manage and mentor team members while fostering commercial acumen and execution capabilities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in key account management, commercial sales, or customer development in FMCG
- Minimum of 5 years managing modern trade or omnichannel retail accounts with P&L accountability
- Demonstrated track record in joint business planning, negotiations, and trade investment optimization
- Strong knowledge of category dynamics, assortment planning, and Perfect Store execution standards
- Proven background leading cross-functional projects and directly managing teams
