You will serve as an advisor to senior stakeholders, steering complex strategic initiatives and translating operational challenges into viable technical solutions. Additionally, the position guides cross-functional project teams, facilitates collaborative executive workshops, and oversees high-impact process improvements to ensure long-term value realization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end technology and business transformation projects from planning to execution
- Partner with executive stakeholders to formulate strategic solutions aligned with corporate goals
- Organize and lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and design-thinking engagements
- Analyze current business operations and design optimized, future-ready workflows
- Supervise the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and technical requirements
- Coach junior team members and assist in pre-sales and business development proposals
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or large digital change projects
- Demonstrated expertise managing client engagements and communicating with senior management
- Solid foundation in business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and solution design
- Practical familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery frameworks
- Proven track record facilitating cross-functional workshops and business case preparation
