Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) professionals to join their enterprise technology consulting team. In this role, you will collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to design, configure, and implement comprehensive SAP HCM architectures. You will support end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, streamline workforce administration, and deliver robust payroll and employee service enhancements across client organizations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide or contribute to SAP HCM rollouts, system upgrades, S/4HANA initiatives, and ongoing operational support.
- Translate functional workforce requirements into system specifications, technical designs, and configuration setups.
- Configure SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Oversee payroll workflows such as wage types, schema rules, financial postings, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Lead workshops for requirements discovery, fit-to-standard reviews, and gap analyses with client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with integration, security, and SuccessFactors teams during data migration, testing phases, and go-live cutover.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of functional consulting experience within SAP HCM, HRIS, or related enterprise payroll domains.
- Practical configuration background in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, or Payroll.
- Solid comprehension of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire HR processes and their integration with Finance.
- Demonstrated capability in requirements analysis, integration testing, data migration, and hypercare support.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills paired with effective stakeholder communication.
