Based in Malaysia, this role governs and coordinates the organization's strategic transformation agenda at an enterprise level. The Senior Manager provides oversight across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and disciplined execution. This position involves transparent reporting of progress, risks, and outcomes, supported by effective governance and integration mechanisms for timely senior management decision-making.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Corporate Strategy in managing the enterprise transformation agenda.
- Establish and operate enterprise-level transformation governance, including prioritization and dependency management.
- Oversee and consolidate enterprise transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Review strategic transformation proposals for scope clarity and alignment with priorities.
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs to support senior management decision-making.
- Provide clear and concise transformation reporting to senior management and governance forums.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management.
- Strong experience in strategic transformation, enterprise PMO, or strategy execution.
- Proven ability to operate at an enterprise level and engage senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of transformation governance, portfolio, and dependency management.
- Experience preparing executive-level materials and reports for senior management.
- Strong enterprise and governance mindset with ability to manage complexity.
