Based in Singapore, this role involves leading financial analytics for a major bank's corporate real estate division. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization initiatives, perform data mining, and develop financial models to support strategic decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills to provide financial insights for property-related projects across regional countries.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead cost optimization by analyzing high-cost assets and improving efficiency
- Perform data mining and maintain databases to track project savings
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and decision-making
- Monitor occupancy costs and identify savings through location strategies
- Analyze procurement spending to support investment decisions
- Deliver timely management and regulatory reports, including dashboards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- At least 5 years in financial analysis or strategic planning
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights
- Ability to understand the broader strategic context of initiatives
