Based in the Philippines, this position at P&G focuses on maintaining high standards of financial integrity and regulatory compliance. The selected professional will lead the preparation of financial statements, handle month-end close operations, and oversee audit engagements. Additionally, this role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting procedures and communicate essential financial insights to organizational leadership.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of financial statements with local and global standards.
- Execute month-end closing tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and tax calculations.
- Direct balance sheet audits and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Uphold accounting policies and liaise with tax authorities during audits or inquiries.
- Recommend and implement workflow optimizations to improve operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate closely with internal partners, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in core accounting or audit areas like financial reporting.
- Demonstrated background in balance sheet reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Prior experience utilizing SAP systems and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
