Based in Malaysia, this role oversees the end-to-end billing adjustment process and supports resolution of billing disputes at a newly launched shared services center. You will manage high-value adjustments across core telecommunications systems while ensuring full audit compliance. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will perform root cause analysis and identify systemic fixes to minimize recurring errors.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end billing adjustments including high-value transactions and maintain proper supporting documentation
- Validate adjustment requests for correctness and secure required executive approvals
- Handle dispute escalations and apply adjustments accurately across internal billing platforms
- Monitor adjustment metrics and evaluate their impact on organizational revenue
- Perform root cause analysis and trend reviews to prevent recurring billing discrepancies
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Network teams to optimize billing operations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related academic discipline
- At least 5 years of telecommunications experience focused on finance or risk analytics
- In-depth knowledge of telecom products, services, and billing workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- Proven analytical capabilities with exceptional precision and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and flexibility to align with overseas operational hours
