Based in Singapore, this role involves shaping and managing an enterprise AI platform to enable advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across the bank. The specialist will drive platform requirements, manage delivery with technology partners, and define its operating model. This position requires a blend of AI engineering and data science expertise, focusing on operational excellence and supporting diverse AI use cases.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the AI platform, defining requirements and guiding design choices.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to manage platform delivery and enhancements.
- Establish the platform's operating model, ensuring governance, security, compliance, and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding of various AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases onto the platform.
- Develop reusable libraries, frameworks, and tools to accelerate solution development.
- Monitor platform utilization, performance, and cost, providing optimization insights.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years in AI engineering or similar roles, with production deployment experience.
- Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI technologies, including LLMs and context engineering.
- Hands-on experience with data management technologies like Hadoop, Spark, ETL, and various databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization, API management, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in Python programming; Java or Scala experience is a plus.
