หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute strategic initiatives to drive portfolio profitability and sustainable asset growth
- Nurture enduring relationships with key corporate clients by delivering tailored financial products
- Lead the execution of complex commercial banking projects within set timelines and budgets
- Assess market developments and financial data to capture new commercial opportunities
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations, internal governance, and risk controls
- Partner with product specialists to deliver cross-functional wholesale solutions and present to executives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline
- At least 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in the financial services sector
- Demonstrated domain expertise covering the Energy and Chemicals industry in commercial banking
- Proven record of handling large corporate portfolios and exceeding commercial targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of wholesale banking instruments, credit solutions, and regulatory policies
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, and analytical problem-solving abilities
