Based in Indonesia, this full-time management internship offers hands-on operational experience at the Jakarta manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with technical teams to optimize site performance, tackle real business challenges, and reduce production losses. Interns take full ownership of impactful assignments while learning how world-class supply chains operate to deliver consumer products efficiently.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with plant engineers and multifunctional departments to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Lead dedicated outcome-focused projects to eliminate operational losses
- Apply digital tools and data analysis to solve complex supply chain challenges
- Ensure goods are delivered efficiently with high standards of quality and cost control
- Engage with cross-functional partners both inside and outside the facility
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the third or final year of an engineering or science degree
- Undergraduate status actively maintained through the designated program dates
- Ability to commit to a continuous three-month full-time internship term
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong analytical mindset
- Innovative problem solver with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness to relocate to the plant site location if needed
